Head of Government Solutions

Position Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-driven, and high-energy Head of Government Solutions to join our Customer Success and Account Management team. The person in this role will be a Player/Coach leading a team of 4-5 revenue generating Account Directors focused on National Security, Law Enforcement, and Regulatory accounts. You will partner with leaders in Sales, Product, and Technical Services to execute against revenue targets by growing current accounts.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Manage a team of 4-5 Account Directors to exceed revenue targets
  • Recruit, onboard, and ramp new Account Director hires 
  • Refine growth strategies to accelerate product adoption and expansion of user base
  • Monitor pipeline and performance metrics for medium term forecasting

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years in enterprise relationship management in Public Sector accounts
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS customer success and account management
  • Experience selling and positioning data, analytics, and software solutions
  • Proven track record executing complex growth strategies
