Paid Media Specialist

Position Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Paid Media Specialist to join our growing marketing team and take ownership of our paid efforts across multiple channels. You have a strong background in digital ads and know all of the major exchanges. Paid efforts are a part of a broad multichannel approach and influence multiple target audiences. Thus you don’t shy away from CPC, CPL, CPM, budget ratio, interaction rate and can easily describe what is working or not.

You will help determine the best channels and segments for each campaign through an analytical based approach. Increase current remarketing and separate retargeting efforts.  You will not be going at this alone, you will be joining a dynamic marketing team looking to increase efficiency and lead volume.

The ideal candidate will bring specific experience and demonstrated expertise in Ad Exchanges and Search Engine Advertising Platforms. You must feel comfortable building, auditing, and launching campaigns from start to finish within the major ad exchanges, with the ability to interpret the results to stakeholders. You will be interacting with the whole marketing ecosystem, therefore previous experience, or a general understanding of Google Analytics, WordPress, and CRMs will be useful in this role. You should be comfortable  working in a fast-paced environment, and eager to learn and apply best practices related to data analytics and marketing.
