Dataset: Section 1237, 1260H, and NS-CMIC Chinese Military Company Subsidiaries
We have curated a structured dataset of the highest-risk companies owned by the 83 Chinese military-affiliated entities designated by the Defense and Treasury Departments. This dataset is designed to help affected industries simplify the screening and due diligence process by focusing on 500+ legal entities that are more than 50% owned by the designated companies.
This dataset includes:
- 500+ entities that are majority owned by companies on the Section 1237, Section 1260H, and NS-CMIC lists
- Detailed attributes for each entity, including (when available): name (CN), name (EN), address, identifiers, operating status, and ownership path back to the designated company
- A data dictionary to assist with interpreting key fields and terms
- Links to public records sourcing and expanded profiles for each entity in Sayari Graph
