Sayari is looking for an experienced VP of Product to join our team and help us craft and implement a vision and strategy for long-term product growth.
The VP Product will co-own the company’s product strategy and will work closely with our heads of Engineering and Technology to develop the annual roadmap and translate customer and industry requirements into concrete, realistic feature sets. The VP Product will also work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to oversee user and buyer research, with an eye toward not only internal product development efforts, but also outbound product marketing.
The VP Product must be sufficiently technical to ensure expectations are realistic and roadmaps are well-considered. However, the ideal candidate is also commercially minded: the VP Product will ensure that all product decisions are informed by both end-user and buyer research, tightly aligned with business objectives, and mapped to a specific industry need.
We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-driven, and high-energy Enterprise Customer Success Manager (ECSM) with a proven history of owning enterprise client lifecycles from onboarding to adoption, contract renewal, and expansion of our commercial relationship. Enterprise Customer Success Managers help Sayari’s existing clients effectively leverage Sayari solutions, and deepen our relationships with client organizations. The ECSM plays a vital role in ensuring that our customer fully realizes a return on their investment in Sayari products by understanding our clients’ priorities, implementing workflow solutions, and continuously providing guidance throughout the customer’s journey. The ECSM role requires relationship management, continuous education, and a functional understanding of the global risk & compliance market (due diligence, financial crime compliance, and supply chain risk management). The ECSM collaborates with key stakeholders to ensure successful product adoption, minimize churn risk, and nurture opportunities to expand the relationships between Sayari and its clients. By transforming our clients’ business through user adoption of Sayari’s suite of solutions, the ECSM creates the conditions for optimal renewal and upsell growth.
