Ms. Natalie Loeber holds a Master of Laws in Taxation and a Juris Doctor from the University of Washington, and a Bachelor of Arts in Pure Mathematics and Rhetoric from Whitman College. With 15 years of experience in law, tax, analytics, and mathematics, she focuses on financial services, tax administration, and legal compliance. As President/Owner of Loebner Consulting, LLC, she advises companies on financial investigations, AML/BSA compliance, and investigation analytics techniques. Previously, as Executive Director of Analytical Services at Eastport Analytics, she led projects for clients like the Department of Justice and IRS, specializing in litigation, data modeling, and analytics. Her expertise bridges the gap between legal and technical development needs, ensuring efficient financial compliance and investigative solutions. Her IRS-related work includes developing data tools to streamline investigations and advising on optimized financial record requests.

Bjorn Kjelstad is a Senior Analyst at Sayari where he specializes in using public records to investigate transnational criminal networks. He previously worked as an Enforcement Officer at the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control, where he conducted investigations into potential violations of U.S. economic and trade sanctions.
