The former Executive Vice President of Supply Chain Operations at Walmart has a distinguished career spanning over 35 years. Notably, Joe served on the White House Supply Chain Disruptions Task Force from 2021-2023. He brings his unparalleled expertise in supply chain management and a proven track record of driving operational excellence for major retail and consumer packaged goods companies.
During his tenure at Walmart, Joe managed an extensive end-to-end supply chain network that included 115 distribution centers and 38 fulfillment centers across the U.S. His leadership was instrumental in guiding Walmart through the complexities of the COVID-19 pandemic, where he spearheaded initiatives in automation and technology to enhance efficiency and resilience. Previous to Walmart, Joe served as the Senior Vice President for Kellogg’s U.S. Supply Chain operation and the Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain for Kraft/Heinz. In both of these roles, Joe significantly improved supply chain performance across safety, quality, service, and cost measures.
