Subprocessors
A subprocessor is a third-party data processor engaged by Sayari that has or potentially will have access to or processes personal data of Sayari customers in order to deliver and support our products or services. Sayari engages different types of subprocessors to perform various functions, as explained in the table below.
Due Diligence
Sayari undertakes to use a commercially reasonable selection process by which it evaluates the security, privacy and confidentiality practices of proposed subprocessors that will or may have access to or otherwise process data.
Process to Engage New Subprocessors
Sayari will provide a notice of additions to this list of subprocessors that are utilized to deliver its Services. Sayari regularly updates this list to enable its customers to stay informed of the scope of subprocessing associated with Sayari.
