In response to growing end-user concerns with dual-use technology, a number of countries have increased their export controls in an effort to keep critical technology from ending up in the hands of the Russian military.

Russian procurement networks are known for being highly intricate and difficult to track. Supplemental to our webinar, Russia Export Controls and Dual-Use Technology: Mitigating Diversion Risk, this data set aims to help demonstrate how rindustry and regulators can utilize publicly and commercially available data to mitigate end-user risk and enhance enforcement.

It includes:

  • The Top 100 Russian Importers of High-Priority Dual-Use Goods, according to Russian trade data
  • The Top 100 Foreign Exporters of High-Priority Dual-Use Goods, according to Russian trade data
