Warrant Canary
Sayari Labs, Inc. and its subsidiaries publish this Warrant Canary to proactively inform customers, partners, and the public of the absence of certain government demands that we would otherwise be legally prohibited from disclosing. This document is reviewed and re-issued quarterly with oversight from legal counsel. Its absence, expiration without renewal, or modification of any attestation below may indicate one or more conditions may no longer hold.

Sayari Labs, Inc. and its subsidiaries hereby attest that, to the best of our knowledge:
A. Government Demands & Legal Process
- 1We have not received any National Security Letters (NSLs) or orders under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA), including Section 702 or Title I orders for the purpose of accessing customer data.
- 2We have not received any secret or sealed court orders compelling us to provide bulk or targeted access to customer data.
- 3We have not received any classified orders, directives, or informal requests to retain, intercept, or share customer data with any government agency.
- 4We have not been subject to any gag orders or non-disclosure provisions that prevent us from notifying customers of government demands to access customer data.
B. System Integrity & Backdoors
- 5We have not installed surveillance backdoors, interception capabilities, or monitoring software in any of our systems or infrastructure.
- 6We have not modified our encryption standards, key management practices, or authentication systems under government compulsion.
- 7We have not weakened, circumvented, or undermined any security control within the scope of our SOC 2 Type II certified environment.
C. Mass Surveillance & Data Disclosure
- 8We have not participated in any mass surveillance program or to facilitate bulk collection of customer data by any government or third party.
- 9We have not disclosed any customer data, API access credentials, or system access to any government agency outside of lawful, non-classified legal process with notice to the affected party where permitted.
- 10We have not granted any government agency persistent or standing access to our production environment, databases, or data pipelines.
This canary is valid for 90 days from the date above. Failure to renew, removal of any attestation, or modification of the language above may indicate one or more of the above conditions no longer holds. Sayari will make reasonable efforts to update or formally retire this canary in a timely manner consistent with applicable legal obligations.
